Sound meditation to calm the nervous system.

Sound Meditation: Calm

Please use headphones and keep volume a low comfortable level.

4-Part Breathwork is a rhythmic breathing technique that moves through four stages—

Inhale into the:

  • belly
  • ribcage
  • heart
  • back

Hold, exhale, and hold—each for an equal count.

This practice calms the nervous system, enhances focus, and promotes emotional health and balance by regulating the breath and improving oxygen flow.

Regular practice supports deep relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being.
