Sound Meditation: Regulate Nervous System

Please use headphones and keep volume a low comfortable level.

Box Breathing Exercise (4-4-4-4):

Inhale: Inhale slowly and deeply to the count of four.

Hold: Hold your breath for a count of four.

Exhale: Exhale slowly and completely to the count of four.

Hold: Hold your breath with empty lungs for a count of four.

Repeat: Continue this cycle for several minutes.

Box Breathing Meditation helps you regulate the autonomic nervous system, leading to reduced stress, lower blood pressure, and a sense of calm. This technique is beneficial for managing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and insomnia, and can even aid in pain management.
